Agent Agreement
A :Product will always be labeled Real Cool Cloth by cool comfort technology and be of the highest quality available.
B: Commission structure $2.00 per sale of one Hot-Flash Relief Package sold over internet using Pay-Pal or other internet credit card payment for customer payment. Agent paid within two weeks of sale using Pay-Pal to credit agents account. Agent level commission payments are first level $20 00 per newly signed agent, second level Agent $10.00 paid to agent, commission of $5.00 on all third generation Agents. All Agent commissions paid through Pay-Pal within two weeks of recruiting Agents or Internet sales.
C: All sales under Massachusetts State laws on commission sales of independent salespeople.
D: This agreement is the only legal document covering the sale of The Real Cool Cloth with independent contractor referred to as Agent. No other agreement, written or oral, will be legally binding.
E: This agreement states that both parties (Agent / Company) must approve any changes or additions to this agreement in writing. No Agent is employed by Real Cool Cloth Company and is considered as an independent contractor only.
